SHEARS
CINCINNATI shears increase earnings because their accuracy reduces assembly costs and virtually eliminates rejects. It takes a micrometer to detect any variation in the width of a CINCINNATI-sheared strip. Operators consistently produce straight and parallel cuts without setting the backgage or squaring arm out of line to compensate for creep. Such accuracy does not require special operator skill or manipulation. It is the built-in result of standard CINCINNATI features. 

LASERS
CINCINNATI laser systems have established a new dimension in parts processing. These productive work systems are controlled by the latest state-of-the-art CNC technology. Their features allow efficient processing of materials to a very high degree of accuracy. The controls and design features provide the operator with high productivity, flexibility and quality part making capabilities. CINCINNATI offers three different models of lasers with a wide variety of sizes and wattages.

AUTOMATION 
CINCINNATI also offers load and unload systems to complement its laser cutting systems to create highly productive work cells. They range from the very affordable semi-automatic to the modular but fully automated load and unload, helping to maximize cutting time without having to add additional staff to handle material.
